Salons by JC, Chicago case-study card showing their salon suite leasing page on a phone, headline “NOT ONE LEAD THEY COULD NAME”. 378 LEADS AND CALLS IN FIVE MONTHS, $209 to $8 per lead, on the same budget

Salons by JC Chicago

Salon Suites·Lakeview, Chicago, IL

The Lakeview location was already spending on Google. What it did not have was any way to tell a lead from a click — no call tracking, no form tracking, nothing tying an enquiry back to an ad. We rebuilt the account around the only person worth paying for, a beauty professional looking for a suite, and put them on a leasing page built to take the enquiry. Six leads in the first month, a hundred and sixty-eight in August, on the same budget.

Nine chairs, no stylists. Five weeks later, a team.

Adelaide Beauty

Hair Salon·Greensboro, NC

Every new salon owner asks the same question: where do you find good stylists? In July, Adelaide had nine empty chairs, an opening date a month out, and Gabe’s messages to local stylists were being left on seen. A recruiting page that sold the salon the way it would sell to a client, and Facebook ads pointed at it, brought twenty-one applications for $869 in ad spend — and four interviews in the first week the ads were re-cut. By 3 August the founding team was hired. The doors opened on the 12th.

Color Lush Salon's rebuilt website on a laptop and a phone, beside the headline It finally looks like them

Color Lush Salon

Hair Salon·Dickson, TN

Color Lush is a 3,000-square-foot salon in Dickson, Tennessee with two head-spa rooms, an extensions partnership, an apprenticeship and a team of twenty-six — and it had a website that looked like a template with stock photos, still advertising a service they’d dropped. Lesley’s brief was one line: don’t make me search to find out how to book. We built a site that looks like the room.

Adelaide Beauty's new website on a phone and a laptop browser, beside the headline A site built from the room

Adelaide Beauty

Hair Salon·Greensboro, NC

Gabe and Ron came to us in April with a lease on a closed salon and nothing else — no name, no logo, no website, no Google listing. By the time the doors opened in August the brand existed, the site was live and already the top result for the search that matters in Greensboro. In the first three weeks, more than twenty new clients found the salon on Google and walked in.

Mallorca Salon Studios’ rebuilt website on a phone and a browser window, beside the headline

Mallorca Salon Studios

Salon Suites·San Antonio, TX

Mallorca’s website had done its job for years — it converted, it ranked, and it felt like Mallorca. It was also busy, dated underneath, and every tenant profile update needed a person. We rebuilt it on our own platform: the same brand and feel, everything modern beneath it, and a directory four buildings of stylists can now keep up to date themselves.

Maliá Extensions case-study card showing their Shopify store on a phone and a browser window, headline “TWO BUYERS, ONE STORE”. CUSTOM THEME, CART AND REGISTRATION PORTAL

Maliá Extensions

Beauty Brand·Boston, MA

Maliá sells professional extensions to licensed stylists, and it sells the education that teaches their methods. Some visitors are certified, some are registered, some are strangers, and what each can see, buy and pay is different. No Shopify app holds that shape, so we built it — the theme, the mega menu, the cart drawer, the access rules and the registration portal behind them.

Nobody in Orlando Owned Korean Lash Lift. Now KC Does.

KC Beauty Lounge

Hair Salon·East Orlando, FL

KC Beauty Lounge opened with a booking app, a bare-bones website and a Google listing nobody was working. We came in that April. By August the salon was doing 424 appointments a month, six in ten new clients said they’d found it through the website, and it had 186 Google reviews at 4.9 stars.

Platinum Hair Salon case-study card showing their website, headline “REVIEWS BACK IN MOTION”. 0 → 36 NEW FIVE-STAR REVIEWS IN THE QUARTER

Platinum Hair Salon

Hair Salon·Smithsburg, MD

Platinum is the good salon in a town of three thousand people — a decade of families in the same chairs. But in the summer of 2025 it got zero new Google reviews. A year later it got 36 in the same three months, and half again as many people a month were calling, asking for directions or clicking through from Google.

Encore Salon Suites case-study card showing their website, headline “ALL FIVE BUILDINGS GROWING”. 58 → 97 SUITE INQUIRIES A QUARTER

Encore Salon Suites

Salon Suites·Atlanta, GA

Most suite groups have one location carrying the brand and four coasting on it. In a year, Encore’s suite inquiries went from 58 a quarter to 97, every one of its five buildings got more calls and directions from Google — and the smallest one grew the fastest.

Mane Street Georgetown case-study card showing their website, headline “FROM HIDDEN TO HUNTED”. 15 → 259 STRANGERS FINDING THE SALON ON GOOGLE, PER QUARTER

Mane Street Georgetown

Hair Salon·Georgetown, Washington DC

In its first year, almost everyone who found Mane Street on Google already knew the name — 15 strangers a quarter, in one of the most crowded salon streets in DC. A year later that number is 259, the salon shows on page one for 1,500 different searches, and it owns two services it wasn’t even selling on day one.

Wolfhaven Hair case-study card showing their website, headline “A LOGO BUILT TO LAST”. FROM TEMPLATE MARK TO SALON-READY BRAND

Wolfhaven Hair

Hair Salon·Los Angeles, CA

Wolfhaven opened on Wilshire Boulevard with a domain nobody had built on and a logo a friend had promised to design. What came back was an off-the-shelf template. We rebuilt the identity from scratch, unbilled — two directions, one call, one revision — and eight months later Marcus asked whether they owned it outright, because they wanted to put it on hats to sell in the salon.

From Invisible to Top 3 in Google Maps — Sapphire Hair

Sapphire Hair

Solo Pro·Wasilla, AK

Aleah Childs had three years behind the chair, a specialty in extensions and colour, and no way for anyone outside her existing clients to find out she existed. Six months after we built her site and her Google presence, she was in the top three on the map across a ten-mile radius of Wasilla, with 379 people reaching her listing in half a year.

Crafting Clicks: A Google Ads Turnaround — Vogue Hair Extensions

Vogue Hair Extensions

Solo Pro·Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Vivien Lee has twenty years behind the chair and a specialty in extensions — and she was paying an agency that didn’t understand how they get sold. We rebuilt the page the ads land on and the ads themselves around that one high-value service. Conversions doubled from 26 to 52, and the cost of each fell from $82.80 to $29.23, on roughly the same spend.

Mallorca Salon Studios case-study card showing their leasing campaign, headline “$6.6K monthly revenue boost”. From empty suites to room to breathe

Mallorca Salon Studios

Salon Suites·San Antonio, TX

Empty studios across Mallorca’s three San Antonio locations were costing about $6,600 a month. In sixty days, a leasing page built for someone weighing a business decision and a search campaign written for independence rather than square footage brought 85 enquiries and six signed tenants — and the $6,600 a month came back.
