Southern California

A premium brand.A Wix site in front of it.

The Suites Spot offers upscale suites across Southern California, and the basic Wix site in front of it was losing potential tenants before they reached anything that would have convinced them. In 30 days we rebuilt it — a real profile for every tenant, fifteen local pages, a clear path to a booked tour. Three enquiries arrived within 72 hours of launch.

Our role
The brand audit, the website rebuild, the tenant directory and the local pages. The Suites Spot runs the buildings.

01The challenge

What they were up against.

A stylist deciding where to rent looks at the website first. Confusing navigation and no way to see the spaces or the people already inside meant potential tenants left before the brand got a chance — and with no local pages, the searches that should have been theirs went to someone else.

The Suites Spot provides upscale salon suites for beauty professionals across Southern California — a premium environment for independent stylists to grow their businesses. The brand was right. The Wix site in front of it wasn’t.

02Strategy & approach

The play, and why this one.

The brand was already right; the platform was wrong. So we started with a brand audit rather than a design file, gave every tenant a real page so the community inside the building became the pitch, and built the structure to absorb the next locations before they opened.

  1. 01Audit the brand first, so the rebuild embodies the positioning rather than just looking more expensive.
  2. 02Give every tenant a professional profile — the community is the pitch.
  3. 03Build local pages for the locations, including ones not open yet.
  4. 04Clear the path to a booked tour on every page.

How it played out.

01

A brand audit before a design file.

Before touching layout we went through everything from the colour palette to the tone of the messaging. That understanding informed every decision after it, so the new platform genuinely carried the premium positioning instead of just looking more expensive than Wix.

The original Wix site, the starting point
02

A real profile for every tenant.

An interactive directory where each professional got a properly crafted page — showing the community inside the building and making it easy for their own clients to find and book them. Renting a suite here now comes with a page.

03

Built for the locations they hadn’t opened yet.

Fifteen local pages and a blog went in, each written for its own area, with the structure built to absorb the next locations rather than need rebuilding. Then clear calls to action and simpler navigation on every page: bounce rate fell 35%, and three qualified enquiries landed within 72 hours of launch.

How fast it happened

Thirty days from a Wix template to launch. The first three qualified enquiries arrived inside 72 hours of going live.

What it meant for the business

Three qualified leads in the first three days, a third fewer visitors leaving straight away, and fifteen local pages live for growth. The new site didn’t just elevate the brand — it gave The Suites Spot a platform that scales with every suite they open.

Measured results for The Suites Spot. No projections, no estimates.

06Lessons & takeaways

What this means for your suites.

01

Your website is the first tour

A stylist decides whether to visit from the site. If it can’t show the spaces or the people inside, they never get to the pitch.

02

The tenants are the pitch

A real page for every professional shows a prospective tenant the community they’d be joining — and gives current tenants a reason to stay.

03

Build for the next location now

Local pages for buildings you haven’t opened yet mean the searches are already yours on opening day.

What we’d do differently

Put the local Google listings on the same 30-day clock as the site. The pages were built for the searches; the listings that feed the map for each location are what would have carried them fastest.

Your business could bethe next one here.

Every case study on this page started the same way. A discovery call, a custom plan, and a team that actually executes.
