One month to opening day.161 leads in the first ninety.

Saindyse came to us a month before opening her Brooklyn med spa with no website, no brand, no Google listing and no ad accounts. We launched all of it in 30 days. In the first 90 days open, the ads brought in 161 consultation requests at about $27 each, and the spa was on page one of Google for its main treatments.

Our role
Everything that wasn’t the treatments: the brand, the website, the Google listing, the ads and the social launch. Saindyse ran the spa.

01The challenge

What they were up against.

A launch without warm enquiries is a launch without cash flow. Brooklyn is full of established med spas with years of Google history, and a new one that opens quietly stays quiet — every empty consultation slot in month one is rent paid for nothing.

Saindyse opened Be You Esthetic Suites with a clear vision: a premium Brooklyn med spa built around the unique chemistry of each client. What she didn’t have was time, a website, a brand presence, or a playbook for bringing it all to market before the doors opened.

02Strategy & approach

The play, and why this one.

Everything had to point at one place, so we built the website first and made every ad, every Google result and every post lead to it. Then the ads paid the bills while Google caught up — and every enquiry landed in a pipeline Saindyse could actually read, so nothing went cold.

  1. 01Build the website first — every ad, search result and post has to land somewhere that books.
  2. 02Run ads from launch week to bring in consultations while the Google work builds.
  3. 03Track every enquiry from first click to booked consultation, with automatic follow-up.
  4. 04Get the Google listing, reviews and local presence climbing from the first client.

How it played out.

01

We launched the site before we launched anything else.

The website had to be the anchor. A clean premium brand, a page for each treatment, a one-tap booking flow, and copy written for how med spa clients actually decide — built and live in 30 days, before a single ad ran.

02

Then the ads went live, and the enquiries came.

Search ads aimed at people in Brooklyn looking for exactly these treatments, live in launch week and tuned by day seven. Across the first 90 days they produced 161 consultation requests at $26.56 each — one in ten people who clicked asked to come in.

03

Nothing slipped, and Google caught up.

Every enquiry landed in a pipeline built for the spa — request, qualified, booked, closed — with automatic follow-up on anything going cold. Underneath, the Google listing, reviews and local work built steadily; inside 90 days the spa was in the top ten for its main treatments with 17 reviews at 5.0.

How fast it happened

The website was live in 30 days and the ads were producing consultation requests in their first week. The Google side took the full 90 days, the way it does — but by the end of them the spa was in the top ten for the treatments it opened with.

What it meant for the business

Ninety days in, Be You had a brand, a website that books, 161 people who’d asked to come in, and a pipeline Saindyse could read at a glance. The ads got the business breathing. The Google work is what keeps it breathing when the budget comes down.

06Lessons & takeaways

What this means for your opening.

01

Build the website before anything else

Every ad, search result and post has to land somewhere that turns a visitor into a booking. Launch the site first and the rest has somewhere to point.

02

Ads open the doors; Google keeps them open

Paid ads brought Be You its first 161 enquiries. The listing, reviews and local work are what carry a new spa once the launch budget ends.

03

An enquiry you can’t see is an enquiry you lose

A pipeline that tracks every request from click to consultation, with follow-up built in, is the difference between leads and clients.

What we’d do differently

Start the review-gathering the day the first client walked out, not after the ads had settled. Reviews are what a new med spa’s Google listing needs most in its first quarter, and every week without one is a week the map waits.
