Payment for our services will be based on the specific quote provided for your project. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, full payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method we specify.
Late Payment
If payment is not received within the stipulated 30 days, a late payment fee of 1.5% of the outstanding amount will be applied monthly until the full payment is received. We reserve the right to cease work on your project until the outstanding amounts, including late fees, are settled.
Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has begun. However, we believe in fairness and customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with our services for valid reasons, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss a potential partial refund or credit note.
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel a project at any time, but please be aware that you will be billed for any work completed up to the point of cancellation, including any non-recoverable expenses we've incurred. If cancellation happens after the project is complete, full payment for the work done is still required.
