We then paired this with a Google search campaign, ensuring that when potential tenants sought salon studios in San Antonio, Mallorca was their top find.

With the landing page set, we launched a targeted Google search campaign. Our keyword strategy was meticulously crafted to capture users actively searching for salon studios in the San Antonio region, ensuring high relevance and greater chances of conversion.
Knowing that the first impression matters, we didn't settle for the initial design. Multiple variants of the landing page were created, each with different call-to-actions, visuals, and content structures. By driving traffic to these variants, we gauged which one resonated the most with the audience, leading to the highest conversions, and subsequently optimized the campaign accordingly.

That means 7.9% of people who saw our ads clicked on them. (US Standard 3-5%) CTR.
Of those 2.09k landing page visits we converted 85 of those visitors into leads which gives us a conversion rate of 4.07%. Which is average across the US.
Of those 85 leads we generated Mallorca was able to close 4 new tenants + 1 duo/split tenant for a total of 6 new tenants. Recovering an estimated $6.6k in monthly revenue.
